Flexibility: Our office hours are Monday-Thursday (9am-5pm) and Friday (9am-4:30pm). Orders can be placed by fax, phone, post or online.

Rewards: Any proceeds from your orders are covenanted directly back to sports coach UK to support and advance sport at all levels. Visit www.sportscoachuk.org for further details.

Convenience: Your products are despatched and delivered directly to your door as soon as possible. All orders are usually delivered within 10 days. Please allow up to 28 days if the item is out of stock.

sports coach UK Prices: There are reduced prices for current members of sports coach UK on selected products. Please telephone 0113 290 7612 for further details of sports coach UK membership.

Guarantee: An immediate ‘no-quibble’ refund on all products, except CD-ROMS, if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note CD-ROMs can only be returned if faulty or the seal is unbroken.

Cancellations: You may cancel within 10 days of placing your order by contacting our Customer Care Team and we will automatically refund your money in full, or send a replacement at your request.

Postage Costs for Returns: If good are faulty when they arrive or they have been despatched in error, Coachwise Ltd will refund your postage. However, if you simply do not want the goods, then you will pay the postage costs associated with returning the goods.

Currency Conversion: The website’s currency conversion options are designed to give you an idea of the price of products and delivery in other currencies for guidance only. The exchange rates we use to provide this service are estimated.  You order is processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). 

This means that the website’s conversion rate may not display a total payment that matches exactly what you are charged by your bank or what appears on your credit card statement, it will depend on how closely our estimated exchange rate matches the rate your bank or credit card company applies.  Please note that published foreign exchange rates are usually wholesale or banking rates, which are not generally available to retail consumers.  Your card issuer may also charge additional fees for processing foreign currency transactions.

We only charge on despatch of an order.  If an order is part-fulfilled the conversion rate used by your card issuer may alter between two separate transactions taking place.  This means that the exchange rate at the point at which items are charged could differ, depending on when they are despatched.
