Certificates
The 1st4sport certificates self service page is being redeveloped.
In order to request a replacement certificate please ring 1st4sport directly on 0113 2907610.
You will need:
- the full learner name,
- date of birth
- if known, learner number and/or centre details.
When you request your certificate, you will be required to pay the certificate replacement fee at the time of making the request, the current fee is detailed in the 1st4sport Price List.
Once the request has been processed, your replacement certificate will be posted. Standard delivery will be second class unless you wish to pay extra for first class or first class recorded delivery.
