Overview
The 1st4sport Level 2 Coach Parker is ideal for anyone aspiring to become a Coach Parker delivering Our Parks sessions.
They will gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to plan, deliver, and evaluate Our Parks sessions independently, although they may work as part of a larger coaching team.
They will also gain an important understanding of the practical and theoretical aspects of planning, delivering, and evaluating Our Parks sessions.
This will ensure that they are prepared to support the variety of participants that arrive at Our Parks sessions, such as by providing coaching sessions with a ‘drop in’ approach to meet the needs of people keen to participate on an ad hoc basis.
This qualification is recognised as the industry standard Level 2 qualification for Our Parks coaches by UK coaching.
